Prices and currency
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). The product subtotal and applicable shipping are shown at checkout before you submit your order. No recurring subscriptions are sold. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or cross-border fees; these are not fees charged by RUIFA.
Current order and payment status
You must sign in or create an account to submit an order. The checkout offers a PayPal selection and saves your order as Pending payment. At present, submitting the order does not open a PayPal payment session, transfer funds or charge a payment card. The confirmation page and your account show the unpaid status. Please do not send funds to our support email or through an unverified payment link.
When an order is fulfilled
A saved order is an order request, not confirmation of payment or shipment. We do not dispatch unpaid orders. Once a verified payment service is available, any payment must be completed through an official secure checkout. We confirm acceptance and availability before dispatch. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will offer a refund of the affected amount.
Taxes and import charges
RUIFA does not currently add a separately calculated sales-tax line at checkout. If a legally required additional charge becomes necessary before acceptance, we will explain it and request your agreement; you may decline and cancel. Goods ship from China. Any import charges collected separately by a carrier or customs authority are the recipient’s responsibility where permitted by law and are not included unless explicitly shown in the order total. Contact us before ordering if this affects your decision.
Payment issues and refunds
If a payment appears on your statement but your order still shows Pending payment, contact hangzhouruifa@outlook.com with the order number and payment date. Do not send full card details. We will investigate before requesting another payment. Approved refunds of amounts actually received go to the original payment method; see our Returns & refunds policy.
