Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses (AA, AE and AP) are excluded. Please use a street address that a carrier can reach; we do not currently support PO boxes. Items ship from China. We do not offer local collection.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $5.90 per order. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $75 or more after discounts and before shipping. The applicable cost is displayed at checkout before order submission. There is no expedited option at present.
Processing and delivery estimates
After payment is confirmed and the order is accepted, allow 2–4 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. The combined estimate is 9–19 business days from payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; customs clearance, severe weather and carrier disruption can cause delays. Pending payment orders are not prepared or dispatched.
Dispatch and tracking
When your order is dispatched, our team adds the carrier tracking number and, when available, the carrier tracking link. View these in My account → Orders or use Order tracking with your order number and billing email. A tracking label may take time to show movement. If tracking is not yet available, the order page will say so; it does not mean shipment has occurred.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your address before submitting. For corrections or cancellation, contact hangzhouruifa@outlook.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Report a missing, damaged or apparently misdelivered parcel promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. We do not automatically treat a carrier scan as conclusive proof that you received the goods.
If we cannot ship on time
If we learn that dispatch cannot occur within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a refund of any amount paid for the unshipped goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
