Before dispatch
You may request cancellation any time before dispatch. Email hangzhouruifa@outlook.com or submit a support request, including the order number and billing email. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Contact us promptly: a request is not confirmation that a parcel has been stopped.
Pending payment orders
An unpaid order can normally be cancelled in My account → Orders while the Cancel action is available. Cancellation does not move any money because payment has not been taken. A saved pending order is not dispatched.
Paid orders that have not shipped
If a cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we refund the full amount received for that order, including standard shipping, with no cancellation fee. We initiate the refund within 5 business days after confirmation; the payment provider may need another 5–10 business days to show it.
After dispatch
If an order has already been handed to the carrier, we may be unable to stop or reroute it. You may request a return under our Returns & refunds policy. Do not refuse a delivery or send a parcel back without contacting us first, as this may complicate tracking and customs processing.
Changes and cancellations by us
For address changes, quantities or a different item, contact us before dispatch. If a product becomes unavailable, there is a clear pricing error or we cannot fulfill your order, we will explain the issue and offer an alternative only with your agreement, or cancel the affected portion and refund any amount paid. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
