Hangzhou Ruifa Network Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for information handled through ruifa.shop. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or sending a support message: name, email, password in hashed form, billing and delivery addresses, optional telephone number, purchased items and correspondence. The server may record IP addresses, browser information, access times and security events. Do not send sensitive identity documents, passwords or card details through support.
How information is used
We use data to create and secure accounts, preserve carts, validate and manage order requests, arrange paid-order delivery, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, these activities rely on steps toward or performance of a contract, legal duties, or legitimate interests such as service security, subject to your rights. Optional activities requiring consent would only begin after appropriate consent.
Payment information
Current checkout creates pending orders without charging. We do not collect or store full payment-card details, and submitting the pending order does not send payment data to PayPal. If a live payment gateway is introduced later, the payment provider will process payment details under its own notice, and this policy will be updated as appropriate. Do not send funds or card details to our support email.
Service providers and disclosure
The hosting and technical service providers process website data needed to run the store. If you email us, the email provider handles that message. For a paid order, delivery details may be shared with carriers and logistics or customs providers to the extent needed for shipping. We may disclose information where legally required or to address substantiated fraud or security issues. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses essential WordPress and WooCommerce cookies for login sessions, cart contents, checkout and security. Session or persistent cart cookies may last for the session or several days; login cookies may persist longer if you choose Remember me. These cookies are used only for site functions. We do not currently load advertising pixels, third-party marketing cookies, external font services or optional analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but carts and accounts may then fail to work.
International handling
The operator is in China and data may be handled by infrastructure or service providers in other locations relevant to delivery and communications. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism. Contact us for information about providers or protections relevant to your request.
Retention
Account details are retained while the account is active, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to lawful records retention. Order and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years where needed for tax, disputes or legal obligations. Support-form inquiries are normally removed after 12 months by scheduled cleanup unless needed for an ongoing dispute or a legal duty. Technical logs are normally rotated within 30 days. Backups may persist temporarily under the hosting retention cycle and are protected from public access.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing. You can update addresses and account details in My account. Email us for other requests; we may ask for reasonable verification without requesting a password. We aim to respond within 30 days, or the period required by applicable law, and explain any permitted extension or lawful refusal. You may complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
Security
We use access controls, password hashing, HTTPS when accessing the domain, software maintenance and restricted administrative access to reduce risk. No system is perfectly secure. Keep your password private and contact us if you suspect misuse. Private backups, support records and configuration are not intended to be publicly accessible.
Children and external links
The store is intended for people able to make lawful purchases and is not directed to children under 13. If a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can assess removal. Carrier or payment links may lead to external services with their own privacy practices.
Communications and changes
We use your contact details to handle your inquiry or order, not to add you to a marketing list. Transactional outbound email is not currently connected; order status remains available in My account.
